1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your organization's access to and use of the Proactive Security Operations Platform provided by Clacior Inc. ("Clacior", "we", "us"), headquartered at 1603 Capitol Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By subscribing to or deploying Clacior software and edge node hardware, your organization agrees to these terms.
2. Proactive Security Operations Scope
Clacior provides threat detection software, response triage tooling, and guard response routing tools. Clacior is an operational software provider and does NOT act as a licensed physical guard agency. Physical guard personnel remain under contract by your third-party security vendors or internal staff.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
